PulseLink is an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) created in 2025 to address an underserved market in the IT managed services industry.
Clients with fewer than 10 computers don’t fit into the business model of most MSPs. This leaves many small businesses without options, or pushes them into services and prices that don’t fit their needs.
PulseLink specializes in serving those smaller businesses by providing simple solutions and expert support at a flat-rate that fits even the tightest budget.

Wade's Bio
Prior to starting PulseLink, Wade served as Chief Technology Officer at Pacesetter Health, a national multi-site healthcare company.
His 15-year IT career also includes roles in systems engineering and cybersecurity for Lockheed Martin, U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Air Force, and others.
He teaches IT and Cybersecurity courses part-time at SIUE.
Wade is a U.S. Army combat veteran (Afghanistan, 2011-2012).
