All new hires begin with a probationary 3-month paid apprenticeship with on the job training to learn our business.

After 3 months, successful Apprentice Technicians are promoted to Associate Technician with a 25% pay increase.

Then, the best and brightest Associate Technicians are promoted to Senior Technician with another pay increase, full-time salary, and benefits.
